Is it my fault or is my girlfriend being a possessive, jealous person?

She seems very insecure and jealous. Don't rub it in her face. I wouldn't mention another girl in that way around her. It might seem unfair that she does and you don't but its obvious that she's more jealous than you and if you say these things it will feed her jealousy, jealousy kills relationships.
