Why is my uncle like this?

My uncle all-ways as a moan. he all-ways talks about his operations he as had in is life when we go to his flat. he never comes and sees us and he all-ways says at christmas im not coming for my tea because I will only end up seeing the people I see once a year but we are all busy people and my mum goes to bingo with him every week he never says to my dad thanks for taking us in your car if my dad pips is horn he says im sick of horns piping. and all-ways moans that he cant get a wining line in bing. and if you talk to him he never listens he just stops to give his mouth a rest then Carry's on with want he is saying . last night me and my parents and sister and her kids went to his house and we stayed for 30 Min's and he had a go right away saying why did you not ring me to say you were coming and all the time he was eating his tea. and we said are they our presents and he said yes with his mouth full of food still eating. is he rude and why is he like that?
