Yes there is, you and your parents need to hold her accountable for her actions. Stop trying to get her to do the right thing. She is stuck on self pity. Don't by into it. Whenever she starts to complain about how bad they treat her,simply say, " I love you but I will not be part of your negativity toward our parents and I will not discuss it". If she persists walk away or hang up. I know she is your sister but sometimes that isn't enough. Don't allow her to keep blaming others for her choices.
