Is the ANC rendering South Africans defenseless against their so-called government?

this is nearly a good question........as a firearm owner i had a problem with my legal f/a been made "illegal" through the 4 gun limit as proposed in the original bill......however it has been changed and the 4 gun limit does not apply and i just have to motivate each f/a.......it is also good as there were plenty people who dont know where therir f/a's are or how they work or when to use it.......in that respect it forces ppl to brush up on f/a skills and imposes tough penalties on non compliance......the biggest problem is the monitoring of it and getting the saps and sandf up to speed on their own compiance with their own weapons......at this stage no-one in saps and sandf and other deptartments are legally allowed to carry official f/a's but there is a window period for them to comply..........in short i think it is a good bill and not designed to stop you bearing arms
