Whats happening to me?

I was due on my period on fri 1st feb that would be about 30 days which is about right for me, now during last month I had spotting for a few days ovulation wk and wk after, took a HPT yesterday about midday and neg result, keep thinking af coming having cramps then nothing, bbs hurt today and thick creamy yellow cm, could I be preg and test was too early? has this happened to anyone else, when should i next test, please help. Cramps are usually at night or first thing in morning then nothing all day. Can you cramp with preg?
