Help sewing through stick-on velcro?

Use finger nail polish remover on the sticky stuff with a cotton ball. Be very careful and let it dry thoroughly after destroying the sticky! Then sew slowly across top, down side, diagonally to start corner, down the side, diagonally across to first corner made, down the same seam, across the bottom and back up the second side seam line. Trim threads neatly. It will never come off!
