What outfit will make my friend feel better about herself?

I have a friend and her birthday is next week. She seems really self consious about her looks so I want to get her an outfit that will boost her confidence. She is like 5'8-5'9 who is kind of chubby but not fat, and she always is calling herself fat so i want to get her something that makes her look (and feel) great. She usually wears sweatshirts and jeans but whenever we have sleepovers and look at teen vogue or seventeen, she always looks at the chic stuff and admires it and she constently says "i wish i could pull that off" and so i want to get her a couple of cool and chic outfits. pictures would be great but its ok if u dont add any pictures.
