What are my rights against the dealers ?

the contract between you and the garage was made when you placed the order for the car. have a look at the terms you agreed to firstly. the problem you have is that the sales woman agreed to throw in the extras free of charge, and she may not have had authority to agree this. i would make an appointment to go the garage and speak with the manager and explain your position to him. if they will not budge, you may have to see if you can get a full refund because they did not deliver on the original agreement. i would not worry to much about the insurance since you can cancel that anyway.
