What will help give my entire body skin better tone and elasticity?
I'm 48 and have decided to try to turn back the clock. I'm changing my diet to a semi-vegetarian one, will be drinking at least 2.5 liters of water per day, eliminating sugar, exercising every day for an hour and sleeping at least 8 hours per night. Will this major transition in my life make things better looking for me...especially in the skin department? BTW, I don't smoke, drink alcohol or do drugs. My two major stressors are unemployment and being single. Do you think I should add anything else to my daily regimen?
