Why am I always sooo tired?

ok, so Im 19 and a college student. My problem is that im always so tired even on the weekends and find it hard to do my work. The thing is i dont care about my work or life. I nvr go out or really have any friends. I always seem to have a headache and see no point to doing anything. I am -1 nearsighted in each eye but do not feel strain. I was wondering if this is the cause ( my myopia) of why Im always so tired?
