Does anyone else think Halo Reach is to close to call of duty?

The whole cl choosing thing and the special perks and stuff really annoy me . I alway though of halo as your a super soldier and everyone is equally matched so skill plays a factor in it. Now people can cloak themselves all they want. Its just not as good as halo 2 and 3. Am i the only one?
