Smoked weed and took a xanax?

ok so lastnight i took a xanax a couple sips of beer then shortly after i stmoked weed.. i kno it was a very abd idea but a friend of mine gave me the xanax adn i took it.. ok so shortly after smoking i started to have like a panic attack it was crazy my heart felt like it was beating soooo fast and my chest started to feel like it was burning idk if it rele was or if i was just hallusinating i then began to think that i was dead or rele in a comma and just dreaming and i kept on having to focus rele hard to snap back in to reality it was crazy and right now i still feel a lil weird also i cant remember that much like its all just a blur to me can anyone tell me what happened to me? and could i have rele died from this? was i just extremely high? has this happedned to anyone elseee?? all of your answers are very much appreciated thank you
