SHould i worry about chest pain?

Im only 22years old. For the past week or so now & again i get bad chest pain,its on the side of my right ribs not in the middle or on my left(kind of around my ).... It comes & goes but when its here its like a dull pain with the odd stabbing pain. Will last a little while & go again. ( kind of feels like heart burn but unsure) Ive been my docs twice this week already for other things i didnt wan to go back again & waste her time!! Ive been getting hot & abit dizzy but i have a cold also. Could the cold & chest pain be just because of the cold?? its fine when i breathe in but just get the odd twinge
