Negotiating a cash car deal?

The new Jaguar XJ came out this year. It is a toss up between the Infiniti M56 and the Jaguar XJ. Does anyone think if I offer the dealership $50000 cash for the XJ they will take it. The invoice is $65000 and the selling price is around $70000.
