Is it true the British life is cheaper

than other nationalities ? I studied Geography at school , and We studied about how different countries and the international community responded to hostage crisis etc. And what we found out is people were less likely to take action if it was a british person . So to be honest all the organizations the NATO etc are useless if we get into a war . Do you think this is accurate
