Have you ever had a religious experience?

A religious experience is that experience in which the holy spirit has come upon you. It is truly wonderful that is why I love god so much and everytime i think about things in my life that i was able to get through i did it with the help and grace of god, with him in my focus. The world i believe throws challenges and potholes and eveything else in front of you when youre on the path that god wants you on, and thats when things become stressful and challenging, hurtful and sometimes deadly. But in order to keep going through you have to follow the word of god and block it out and everytime i do that i actually feel like hey the world isnt that bad. My outlook on life is much different than before i had my religious experiment. The world is truly a beautiful place, but its the atiitudes of the people we live among that makes it seem like its such a bad place. Caring and loving others really do go a long way. Im learning to forgive AND forget and not dwell on the past because it hurts you, and others. My experience took place at a revival ceremony in the summer of 2008. After my overwhelming experience with God i knew i had to change my ways and follow what i knew was right.
