Am I pestering him too much to have a family?

I am 23, and have a 4 year old daughter. Her father and I were engaged for 2 yeard before he left us. I met a wonderful man two years ago who loves myself and my daughter to the fullest. We've been dating for over a year now, and he hasn't proposed. I have ovarian cysts and such that might make fertility complicated, yet I would like to try to have another child with him, and get married. He wants to wait a few years to get his credit straight, and a house, and money saved up before me do anything. I think this is a little too much. I want to get married and start a family with him asap, but he insists on waiting, which could be to late to have a child? Am I in the wrong for pestering him to take another step?
